Roger's Installation offers various Handyman, Home Improvement and Art Installation services throughout the greater Portland Oregon area. The business was started by Roger Combs who has been custom framing, installing pictures/art, and various handyman services in Oregon for over ten years.  Being an artist himself, he has an eye for placement, aesthetics, and creative design.
